This series of Video Tutorial Courses will Awaken your Intuition as you develop the skills and practices to achieve Self-Actualization. The complete course is broken into 4 Individual Course Modules: Intuitive Resilience; Intuitive Healing; Cult Fevers (Group and Individual Psychology); and Self-Actualize. Each course provides 15-18 short videos filled with illuminating concepts, practices, and thought-provoking questions to lead you toward your highest ideals and Self-determined goals. The courses can be taken individually or as a complete package, as they are designed to build your personal resilience through Mindfulness, intrapsychic health through healing practices, interpersonal health through group and individual psychology, and Self-Actualization through a process of growth, development, and transformation.
